Attribution history (a) Italian School, Lombard - 2nd quarter 14th c. by Toesca, 1912, dated to circa 1350. Tuscan influences. The costume makes it possible to assign this fresco to the middle of this century.
Subject (a) A fashionably dressed youth, is warned by a skeleton who holds a scroll in Latin translated with the words: I was such as you are, and you have to become as I am.
